Sumaries about Random Drug Testing

Some dietary supplements that do not cause muscle building can be ingested by athletes. Dietary supplements that make athletes work and perform better like energy bars, vitamins, and carbohydtrates. This dietary supplements are not available to all athletes because of the economic issues. But if athletes can purchase these items they are recommended to use them. The drug testing procedure is simple. The athletes is asked to make a urine sample of around one hundered milliliters into a bottle. One hundered milliliters in each bottle. This bottles are then taken to a lab were they are investigated. The athletes can or cant feel in a form. In it he may write if he has used any drugs in the past seven days. If the test is “positive” the athletes is sanctioned and he then can make a nw sample of urine and observe the samples with his eyes.

The random drug testing is another way to prevent the use of drugs. This system is used by corporations, fire departments, government agencies, drug rehab centers, schools, and much more which had decide this system is effective. Nevertheless, people criticize the random drug testing because it makes the person being tested, feel guilty and also because it disrespects the privacy of that person. Some people can be against this try outs, but the testing will help the decrease of the use of drugs, which is excellent, because those substances can drive someone until death. A study named SATURN (Student Athlete Testing Using Random Notification) mentioned all the effects drug cause to an athlete’s organism, and most of them were negative.
Finally, the main thing people should have in mind is to maintain young athletes or older ones away from drugs. In a way this substances can help an athlete be stronger, faster or resistant form others, but what usually happens when they exaggerate with drugs, they would end up by dying.
